The Venue

Lone Star Oaks was one of the first venues we toured when we came to Texas! Mary has done such a good job making this venue perfect for weddings, including some nice touches for photos and video (like lots of natural light and spacious getting ready suites). The outdoor areas are spectacular, and they also include a TON of decor with your booking. We highly recommend them!

The Look

Wow it was amazing to see a photographer’s vision come together for a styled shoot! Mackenzie Smith Photography is a sweetheart with a great sense of what makes a beautiful shot! This shoot was her brainchild, and we think it came out great! Love Lines Design created these great illustrations following the couple’s love story, and also created some cute coffee sleeves to pair with Cactus Coffee (yum!). The florals were unlike any we had ever seen and complimented the cake and head table decor perfectly. Combine that with the unique designs from stationer Green Girl Design Co. and you have utter perfection.
