“Have a joyful heart.” If there’s anybody who encapsulate this quote from dad’s speech, it’s this couple. When they emailed us the first time, Lydia and Nolan said "pretty isn't an emotion" and that really stuck with us. Fast forward and their day was 100% them!

Sometimes when you meet someone you just know. You know they’ll be important in some way. You might not know how yet, but you just feel it. “Nice chacos” was the start of Maria and Christian’s story… a 12 year romance of epic proportion.

What can we say about Joyce and Ray? These two are just amazing humans on their own, but when you put them together it’s just pure joy. We expected a party, but got full-tilt wedding mania that is going to be challenging to top!

Gen and Justin met while they were both seniors at Rice University. Their friend set them up to meet at Axelrad in Houston, but they didn’t truly hit it off until they started petting Rocket, the resident chihuahua.

Katie and MacK met online during the pandemic. Their relationship started with zoom dates and socially distant outings during the summer of 2020. Before too long, Katie's dad came to visit and they both realized they were with "the one."

Leah and Doug swiped right on Tinder, met in downtown Austin and had one of those head over heels, whirlwind romances where both people are swept off their feet instantly. Their cuteness rivals some of our favorite movie relationships and Doug is maybe the sweetest groom we ever met… he couldn’t stop crying the whole day!

Sam and Joe. Where do we begin? These two had our hearts from our first video chat. They are a badass, punk rock, sports loving couple that decided to be a little extra and have their wedding where they fell in love: Cardinal Stadium, the home of the University of Louisville football team. Their story is as epic as their wedding!

Madison and Braeden first started dating in middle school. (Yes, we’re serious.) They made it through high school, college and now ten years later they started their forever. We are SO happy for them and know they have many decades of adventures ahead!

We just LOVE Laura and Stefan! They have gorgeous souls and created a wedding day to match. The fall colors and dress change were to die for! But the real gem of this day was all the great sound we got to capture with their toasts, vows and especially Stefan's letter to Laura.

Our dear friends Danny and Katie were kind enough to let us try out our new (old) Super 8 camera at their gorgeous wedding in Southern California.

It’s difficult to describe what a great team Mili and Nick make. They are great parents to their beautiful boy, they were always on the same page on the day and their letters to each other were even similar! It was so wonderful to see them get married with their closest friends and family to witness.
